These terms cover your use of Data Center Inc, an idle game made by Mitch Fox. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you got the game from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The game

Data Center Inc is free to play. You may install it on devices you own or control and play it for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, resell, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, its art, music or code, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

In-game money and progress

Capital, chips, buildings, reputation and everything else earned in the game are part of the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought or sold for real money and cannot be exchanged for anything outside the game. The game may be rebalanced in updates, which can change what things cost or earn.

Your save is stored on your device. If you lose the device or delete the app without cloud save turned on, your progress cannot be recovered.

Ads

The game shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and the advertiser, not the game, is responsible for what an ad offers. What the app collects for ads is described in the privacy policy.

Cloud save and the leaderboard

Cloud save and the leaderboard are optional. If you turn them on, the nickname and company name you choose are shown to other players. Do not choose names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else or contain personal information. Names are filtered, players can report and block names, and names that break these rules may be hidden or removed, and the account behind them removed from the board, without notice.

You can delete your cloud data at any time from More, Setup, Cloud save, Delete cloud data. Online features may change, pause or end; your save on the device keeps working if they do.

No warranty

The game is provided as is and as available. It is a game: nothing in it is financial, technical or energy advice, and the companies, models and numbers in it are fictional or simplified. To the extent the law allows, Mitch Fox is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated with the game. When they change, the date at the top will change and the new version will be published at the same address. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
